A. The production lead time for most of normal products by Spun Bamboo  are within 60-90 days depend to the order's quantity and weather condition

Q. What is the minimum quantity order (MOQ) produced by Bamboo Crafts?

A. Our MOQ is full container because we can cut down of production costs in mass production with large quantity order in order to provide the buyers with bottom prices. However, we can accept minimum test order value at 5,000 USD for test order. For this type of orders, some costs such as CFS (container freight station) or order handling will be additional charged to goods value.

Q. What are payment terms Buyers should expect from Bamboo Crafts?

A. Buyers can choose 2 kinds of payment terms:

          + TTR : 30% deposit in advance of the total shipment value is requested as order official confirmation. The orders are only put into production upon the evidence of this wire sent to us. The balance value should be wired to us before shipping document release/send to buyers.

          + L/C at sight : A Letter of Credit must be initiated by the issuing bank to our receiving bank. Please contact our sales team for issuance of all bank details to process all orders.

A. The sample lead time for spun products is within 10-15 days. Samples are free if total value of sample order is under USD50 and the buyer must to pay samples cost if total value more than USD 50.
